Individualised Care
We conduct an online, pre-consultation travel health assessment to get a detailed understanding of your travel as well as your own individual health circumstances, all prior to your consultation (and only takes 5 to 10 minutes). Truly individualised preventive travel healthcare.
Virtual Consultations
Telehealth consultations are conducted in the privacy of your own home or office, with all documentation and required prescriptions delivered electronically, making use of the latest digital health technology.

Pathology
To determine if you may already be immune to some vaccine-preventable diseases, we may arrange for you to have some blood tests. This is also done electronically, with referrals being sent directly to your phone via SMS, and performed by renowned NATA and RCPA-accredited Sonic Healthcare Australia Pathology.
Travel Health Assessment
We provide you with a confidential Travel Health Assessment report outlining the preventive travel health recommendations applicable to your needs.Also included is your Vaccination Plan, as with ever-increasing numbers of vaccinations it's hard to keep a record of what you've had, what you need, and when you need the next one; and so will prove invaluable in future overseas travel health planning.

In addition to vaccinations for travel health needs, we also provide workplace-specific vaccination consultations. Numerous occupations are associated with an increased risk of some vaccine-preventable diseases, and vaccination not only protects the worker who is at risk of acquiring the disease but also reduces the risk of transmission to people who the worker is in contact with. As such, employers are obliged to take all reasonable steps to ensure workers have had all their recommended vaccines.

You'll then receive an email with further information and a link for online PayPal (includes Pay in 4) or Stripe purchase via credit card, direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the Afterpay or Zip buy-now-pay-later options.
STEP 3
Following this you'll receive an email with a link to complete your online pre-consultation health assessment.
STEP 4
Once your pre-consultation health assessment is submitted you'll receive an SMS with a link to schedule your telehealth consultation with the doctor, who will take a deeper-dive in light of your pre-consultation assessment, and may also refer you for some pathology testing if clinically required.
STEP 5
Finally you are emailed your health assessment report in a secure, password-protected PDF, and will be sent the electronic prescriptions via SMS for the vaccinations required.
You can then get the vaccinations administered at your own local pharmacy by an appropriately trained pharmacist, or may be directed to any specialty clinics required for the few more specialised vaccines.
Travel health patients will also be sent the electronic prescriptions that may be required for those other medical needs (e.g. malaria, DVT, altitude sickness prevention etc), and receive recommendations for other health-related supplies to take with you on your travel.
